One look into his beautiful majestic sky blue eyes and he will melt your heart.

His personality is very sweet and kind. Much like his mum, Queenie, and his sire, Snow. Blue is very quick to pick up on things, he seems to be very willing to learn and do what is asked of him.

Blue is a people horse. Just after his birth, Blue bonded with us. He would follow us around the pasture and still does today. He is usually the first to come say hi to us. Blue definitely loves people, especially children. We have 2 Granddaughters ages 2 yrs and 1 yr. When we all go to the barn to feed, it is a delight to see how well that he interacts with the children. They smile from ear to ear when he comes up to them. The girls love to pet and kiss him on the nose.

Below is a list of things Blue has been taught. Like our other foals Blue has been imprinted at birth.

  We pick up his hooves, handle them and clean them routinely
• The farrier trims his hooves
• He Leads
• Stands while grooming

• Loads in Trailer

In addition, Blue has been on The Virginia Creeper Trail introducing him to new surroundings.

While watching him in motion you see that he likes to run with all the energy that he has as he seems to dig in and really go whole heartedly into the run. He has nice knee action, flashy for pulling a cart. His trot has a nice fluid like ground covering movement, smooth that looks effortless. He has a distinguished and regal look to him, Upright head nice style, and to top it all off a extraordinary presence as if he knows he is remarkable show quality.
